I just love making bunting. There is just something special about flags. One side is Christmassy the other for any time of the year. And it's so simple. I used a quilt triangular template which made it really easy to cut out.
Sally, I used a plastic quilting triangular template and my trusty cutter which was super easy to cut the shapes. And then used the thick bias binding from Spotlight. Thanks for all your comments!
I made bunting earlier in the year. If you check back through my posts to the June section you will see it! I think I ended up with about 18 metres of it! It was good fun, but time consuming. I cut little shapes for the birthday one. I am going to make bigger bunting for other occasions though.
I'm about to be making my first bunting ever for my daughter's first birthday... any tips or insights?
